We started cleaning Kitchen Exhaust Systems in 1999 as an addition to our regular cleaning services. We clean all areas of the Kitchen Exhaust System to code as per NFPA # 96 Standards. Some of these codes are as follow:
In addition we will maintain security during and after the work is completed and while the crew is on premises if needed. Any equipment moved during the cleaning process will be returned to its location and operational state. All kitchen equipment will be adequately protected and covered. No refrigerator or computer terminal outlets will be unplugged or used. All floors, walls and other areas affected by the cleaning process will be cleaned up afterwards. We are members of PWNA (Pressure Washers of North America) and our men take the Certification training under Phil Ackland; North America's Official Grease Guru. We use the current code compliance methods of cleaning systems. Expect a completely clean system in all accessible areas. If you don't have accessible areas we will make them using UL Listed and Approved duct doors with no inner protrusions as per code. We now are able to offer our clientele a combination of services and excel in Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning . We clean it right.
